Palermo Nuevo is a neighborhood characterized by a strong growth during the last years, with high and modern buildings, such as Le Parc Tower. It has become a very residential area and at the same time with excellent access to all means of transportation, commercial areas and shopping malls (Jumbo, Paseo Alcorta and Alto Palermo). One of its greatest assets is that it is surrounded by Palermo Woods, the lakes, El Rosedal, the Planeatarium, the Zoo and the Botanical Gardens which make it a privileged area to practice different recreational and sports activities.
