This is one of the quietest and nicest residential neighborhoods in the city, with a very special style due to its areas of low and ancient constructions, with large and very old trees and numerous green spaces. The more populated sector, close to Barrancas de Belgrano is characterized by high and very modern buildings. The commercial activity takes place along Cabildo Avenue, which also has access to all means of transportation. On weekends, you can visit the Craftsman Fair at the well known Belgrano Square, which is surrounded by picturesque cafés and the Larreta Museum.

The apartment:

The Vivace apartment is located in Belgrano neighboor, a beatiful area, with many stores, grocerys, markets, etc., three blocks from Av. Cabildo, one of the most importants streets in our city. The building has a open climatized swimming pool, mini spa, gym, saloon and 24hs security. The apartment has one bedroom, a comfortable living room, with a sofa, and a table where the guests can sit and enjoy the meals... The bedroom comes with one queen size bed, a cable TV and a wardrobe where the guest can put all properties.. The kitchen is very nice, modern and open to the balcony, and comes with all the cons, so the guests can prepare any meal. The balcony is very fresh and gives lot of light to the apartment. If you come to Buenos Aires, the Vivace apartment is a nice apartment to stay and enjoy the city!!
